Ingredients:

- Boneless Chicken - 1 lb, chunked
- Ginger/Garlic paste - 3 tbsp
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Sakthi Chicken 65 Masala powder - 1/2 pack or Home-made powder
- Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1
- Salt for taste
- Vegetable Oil for deep frying
- Curry Leaves for garnish
- Wash the chunked chicken and drain it completely of all moisture.
- Mix all of the above ingredients except the chicken in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken chunks in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Deep fry in batches on low flame for best results.
- Serve hot with deep-fried curry leaves as garnish.

Yummy chicken 65 in bite sized pieces...
ReplyDeletelooks really good...we have our chicken 65 in draft yet to post.... we usually use Aachi Chicken 65 masala and never tried with egg though...

Yesterday I got message to proceed to Torino for few weeks as I have finished Milano work.I was delighted that Iwd be closure to Cinka tere ..but today I got message to hang on here and start working in another Company who needs me urgently..I am changing my apt , which has slightly bigger kitchen at least I wont have to chop a onion on my hand

@Ushnish -- Will certainly give your recipe a shot. The readymade Chicken 65 masala is a South Indian Brand called " Sakthi". It must be available in all Grocery stores in TamilNadu. Dont know about other states.Sorry
